Aron S. Spencer founded Radix Consulting in 1985. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of California, Irvine, and is currently a professor at New Jersey Institute of Technology's School of Management, where he teaches Entrepreneurship and Management of Technology & Innovation.
